Completing the form below does not commit you or Whitewater Adventure Outfitters to a raft trip in any way; it is a request for a reservation of space. Please note the date or raft trip you are interested in may be fully booked already. A representative from WAO will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the availability of the date you selected and other information about whitewater rafting. To confirm available reservation space a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at the time of your trip. See our cancellation policy below.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR TRIP, LESS A $10.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY CANCELLATION FEE.
50% IS CHARGED IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR TRIP, AND AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN TIME.
TRIPS THAT ARE BOOKED ON ALLOCATED OR RATIONED DAYS WILL BE CHARGED 100% IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TRIP. IN ADDITION, AND REGARDLESS OF THE ABOVE STATED POLICY:
BE ADVISED THAT ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK-IN TIME FOR YOUR TRIP, OR NO SHOWS AT CHECK-IN TIME INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE LATE AND MISS THEIR DEPARTURE, WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE TRIP WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
