Make a Reservation
Please browse our rafting trips page and our specials page to familiarize yourself with our trips. Once you know what trip you are interested in, please complete the form below. Completing the form below does not commit you or Whitewater Adventure Outfitters to a raft trip in any way; it is a request for a reservation of space. Please note the date or raft trip you are interested in may be fully booked already. A representative from WAO will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the availability of the date you selected and other information about whitewater rafting. To confirm available reservation space a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours prior to your trip. See our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR TRIP, LESS A $10.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY CANCELLATION FEE.
IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 10 DAYS AND 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP YOU WILL LOSE YOUR 50% DEPOSIT.
ANY CANCELLATION LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DEPARTURE TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TRIP. THIS APPLIES TO THOSE WHO ARE NO SHOWS, SHOW UP WITH LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE FOR THE RESERVATION OR ANYONE WHO MAY BE LATE AND MISS THEIR TRIP DEPARTURE.
KEEP IN MIND THAT ONCE YOU RESERVE YOUR TRIP WITH A 50% DEPOSIT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE REMAINING BALANCE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME. AT THIS POINT THERE IS NO LONGER AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A REFUND OF ANY KIND.
